We are currently looking for a support educator for our newly built and pleasant group home in Norrtälje

We are starting our new beautiful group home with six places in September 2026. The facility is located in Kvisthamra near our other group home on Tropikvägen.

The group home is a single-story house consisting of 6 apartments, common areas, and staff sections. You and our support assistants form, together with the operations manager, a Dream Team that starts the operation to create a safe and developing environment for the residents.

The position is 75–80% and the shifts include work during the day, evening, weekend, and so-called 'sleeping' on-call at night.

As a support educator, you will be part of the care team and responsible for planning, implementing, and mentoring staff in the organization's methods and working methods. The assignment includes supporting colleagues with a focus on increasing the residents' independence. You will be part of the company's network Method & Working Methods.

We want you to be a trained support educator and have several years of experience working within LSS.

You should be able to express yourself well in speech and writing, and experience with documentation is a requirement. We want you to have experience with AAC, clarifying pedagogy, and low-arousal responses.

A good ability to collaborate and a relationship-building attitude are important qualities for a support educator, as well as a respectful and calm demeanor.

As we have access to a company vehicle, a driver's license is a requirement!
