About the role

As a field technician, you will work with service, installation, and maintenance of Torell Pump's products at customer sites. The job involves traveling across the country – from Malmö to Luleå – with a base in Motala where the service workshop is located. Several overnight stays per week are common.

The role combines practical work with customer-facing assignments where you represent the company on-site. You will participate in contract and customer meetings, find solutions, and ensure that installations and systems function as they should. Work is often done in pairs, sometimes independently, and you will be involved in planning your assignments.

As the face of Torell Pump, you are an important part of the company's customer relationships – a technically skilled and trustworthy person who stands for quality and service in every assignment.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Technically interested, with experience or interest in working with pumps, assembly, or technical service
• Practical and handy, used to screwing, repairing, or welding, and has an easy time understanding technical solutions
• Responsible, solution-oriented, and structured in your work approach
• Service-minded, positive, and confident in meeting customers
• Independent in your work but also comfortable collaborating in a team

Experience in working with pumps, installation, and assembly is highly meritorious but not a requirement. Torell Pump offers a solid introduction and training, both internally and together with suppliers. The most important thing is that you have good technical skills, an interest in pumps and technology, and enjoy customer contact.

The position also requires a B driver's license and good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
