Technical Coordinator for Change and Deployment
Sussa Vårdstöd is part of Sussa Samverkan, a collaborative organization where nine regions work together to help Swedish healthcare achieve the goals set out in the government's vision for e-health.
The collaboration between the nine regions is unique, with nearly 55,000 healthcare employees working in the new healthcare information support. In other words, you will have a meaningful job with the opportunity to make a difference where it is truly needed.
The staffing for this role is done within Sussa Vårdstöd, and the selection will therefore consist of applicants from all nine Sussa regions. You will be employed in your home region but work directed towards Sussa Vårdstöd. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Technical Coordinator for Change and Deployment, you represent nine regions through our shared management object Sussa Vårdstöd. You are primarily responsible for the ITIL processes Change and Release and also lead the corresponding forums with the regions. The assignment also includes participating in and representing Sussa Vårdstöd in ITIL forums with Cambio. The role is managed by the IT Object Manager of Sussa Vårdstöd.
The assignment primarily involves:
- Managing and refining the ITIL processes Change Management and Release Management, as well as collaborating and working with other ITIL processes.
- Monitoring deviations in the process flow and preparing proposals for improvement activities.
- Serving as the coordinating contact for the supplier's and regions' Change Managers or Release Managers.
- Coordinating and leading forums and activities with the regions related to the ITIL processes Change Management and Release Management.
In addition to managing and refining the ITIL processes Change Management and Release Management, you will also work as a technical coordinator together with other technical roles within Sussa Vårdstöd. As such, you will coordinate and investigate technical needs and questions between the regions, Sussa Vårdstöd, and Cambio. The role also involves supporting other roles connected to Sussa Vårdstöd. The position is full-time, and the role also includes participating in various forums and activities, based on the scope of the role and your expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with relevant education in the IT field or equivalent knowledge assessed by the employer. We prefer that you have certification within the ITIL framework.
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Have good IT technical skills.
- Be able to read, understand, and interpret technical documentation.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working within the healthcare organization's structure.
- Knowledge of pm3.
- Understanding of healthcare operations and user perspective.
- Experience working with and developing processes within ITIL.
- Previous experience with Change and Release processes.
- Experience leading, coordinating, and collaborating within large organizations and with suppliers.
- Good knowledge of IT security, technical solutions, integrations, and infrastructure.
As a person, you are structured, results-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You are clear in your communication and, from a holistic perspective, like to take your own initiatives to achieve set goals. You should be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish; meetings and some documentation may be in English.
