About the Role

We have an exciting lineup of products – some completely new, others loyal servants that now need modernization. To manage both maintenance and further development, we are looking for a senior developer who wants to strengthen the team and help shape the solutions of the future.

The team primarily works with products in time reporting and project management aimed at larger clients, which means both fun challenges and the opportunity to grow alongside the products and users. With us, you will be part of a small but experienced team of six, and you will also collaborate with development teams in Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands – as well as sometimes with external consultants.

In this role, you will work on the design, development, and maintenance of our software solutions. You will solve problems, develop new solutions, and ensure high code quality together with colleagues from various parts of the organization. You will work in both modern and legacy tech stacks, providing a delightful mix of innovation and stability.

An important part of the job is to renew and further develop our older systems. Some of them have been in operation for over 20 years, and adapting them to today’s demands for security, performance, and usability is a challenging but very rewarding engineering puzzle.

As a senior developer, you will also contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement. You will create opportunities for others to grow, set standards, and guide the team forward. At the same time, you will have ample room to develop in areas such as backend, frontend, DevOps, testing, design, or leadership – depending on what attracts you the most.

Who are we looking for?

We are primarily looking for a developer with a passion and competence for frontend. You have a genuine interest in creating smart solutions – all the way from the customer’s needs to the finished function.

Your profile:

• A relevant higher education in software development or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is also a big plus if you are proficient in some or several of the following areas:

• Figma, React, React Native, Svelte, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Kotlin, .NET, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL
• Domain knowledge in Time Reporting, Project Management, ERP, or CRM
