As a traveling technician, you will work on-site with our friendly customers, handling installation and service of burglary alarms, access control systems, and video surveillance. You will travel among our customers and meet many people. In this role, we offer a company car.

The role often requires you to stay overnight in hotels, from Monday to Friday. Departing Monday morning, you will return home just in time for the weekend on Friday. In many projects, you will work with colleagues from our various regions or together with our partners.

Your assignments will come from our Retail & National Customers business area located in Stockholm. Here, the assignments are created that you receive directly from the sales organization. This requires you to be self-sufficient and able to act as a team leader for yourself. We place great importance on order and tidiness, your ability to plan your daily tasks, and being clear in reporting back.

The customers are more technically complex with high security requirements. They often fall under security protection agreements and are part of the critical infrastructure sector. Here, you will be part of the experts who, together with the team at Retail & National Customers, ensure that the solutions for our customers are consistent and meet the applicable customer requirements, standards, and regulations.

Since you will primarily be traveling, but the business area's office is located in Stockholm, it is preferable that you live around Stockholm and its vicinity.

To qualify for this position, we want you to have:

• experience as an installer/mounting technician in the security industry or similar fields. The most important thing is installation experience and experience working on projects, both in teams and independently.

• A valid driver's license (B)

• the ability to provide high service – "that little extra" – to both customers and colleagues. Exceptional service is at the core of our corporate culture.

It is an advantage if you have worked with the installation, service, and/or commissioning of access control systems, burglary alarms, and video surveillance. You have good computer skills and knowledge of a few, or several, of the commonly used brands, such as Aptus, Axema, RCO, Assa, Bewator, ARX, SPC, Galaxy, Teletec Premier, Power, or NEO. If you also have experience in project planning and leading installation work, that is a plus, but not a requirement.

Many of the customers you will meet have complex integrated systems, so it is advantageous if you have experience in this area. But the most important thing is that you have the willingness to learn.

Some customers are subject to security protection agreements, which means we place extra emphasis on legal compliance and organized personal finances in this recruitment.
