About the position

At Fitness 24/7, you will work primarily with chat, email, and phone as your main tools, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and handling any issues that arise in an efficient and qualitative manner. You will be part of a winning team that always prioritizes the customer's best interests.

Together with your colleagues, you will work in an open and modern office environment in central Lund. Customer service is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00 and weekends from 09:00 to 18:00.

In your role as a customer service representative, your main tasks will include:

Helping customers resolve various issues via email, chat, and phone
Contributing to high customer satisfaction

The position as a customer service representative is a part-time consulting assignment with immediate start. Working hours will be scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

About you

We are looking for someone who is driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should be service-minded with a humble and solution-oriented approach.

As a person, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating. You are a good communicator with an eye for details that make a difference in the customer's experience. We prefer candidates with previous experience in service and/or customer support.

Important for the position:

Previous experience in customer service
Sales experience is a plus
You are comfortable using the phone and computer as work tools
You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
You are a student or have another primary occupation of at least 50%
You have at least three semesters left in your current education
