We are looking for a service-oriented administrator for our client in Helsingborg who is ready for new challenges! The position starts immediately, lasts for 3 months with a chance of extension!

About the position

In the role of administrator, you will have the opportunity to be the spider in the web, working broadly with various administrative tasks. This may include order management, preparing invoice documentation, following up on reports, contacting suppliers and employees, compiling and producing documentation, and assisting the supervisors administratively.

You will work alongside wonderful colleagues in a close-knit team and be generally helpful to your coworkers.

Other common tasks

- Customer contact via phone & email

- Coordinate daily administrative work

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment starting immediately. There are good opportunities for you, after a period as an employee through Boost, to be offered a direct employment with the client. A collective agreement is in place.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a team player, ready for new challenges, and is meticulous and structured in their work. You have previous experience in administrative work and good computer skills. To succeed in this role, you have good communication skills, are responsible and unpretentious, and see the bigger picture in a workplace.

As a person, you are positive, flexible, and enjoy working with others.
