Who are you?

About the Position
Our channel business in the Food and Pharma markets represents one of our biggest opportunities for growth. In this role, you will drive and support the channel business for Food Heat Transfer, in close cooperation with our colleagues in the sales companies around the world. Although we work with a number of different types of heat exchangers in multiple markets, the focus for this position is Heat Exchangers in the dairy, brewery, prepared food, and beverages industries.
Like all kinds of business, working with distributors and system builders has its own traits. A large part of the value we bring to these customers reaches beyond the hardware. A big part of your contribution to our business is about working with these values, making it easy and attractive to work with the Food Heat Transfer portfolio. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and follow up business and action plans with Sales Companies to develop channel business.
- Support and coach Sales Companies around the world in their work with established and new channels. This includes both strategic discussions as well as daily operational tasks.
- Together with other stakeholders in the division, continue the development and implementation of channel programs.
- Secure commitment from internal and external stakeholders to help execute agreed plans.
What you know?
- Minimum 3 years of documented success in channel business development within technical B2B sales.
- Experience from an international business environment.
- Experience in Plate Heat Exchangers (design/configuration, as well as being aware of the potential value that it can bring to the entire process) is a major advantage.
