We are currently looking for a sharp HRBP to join our fantastic ICA Logistics team, which consists of three HRBPs in Helsingborg who actively contribute to the transformation and development of employee engagement, leadership, culture, and organization.

ICA Logistics creates competitive logistics solutions for ICA's new business opportunities and adapts the supply of goods according to the local needs of assortments and stores. As HR with us, you are a strategic and operational partner who advises and coaches logistics managers to find long-term solutions that create value for the business.

Every day, you will contribute to both large and small transformations. Most days are filled with operational tasks and hands-on work, while other days involve exciting change initiatives.

More specifically, you will:

• Advise and coach managers on both operational and strategic issues to find long-term solutions that create value for the business
• Support in labor law issues and assist with expertise in union dialogues and negotiations
• Provide support to managers in rehabilitation cases and more complex personnel matters
• Identify and develop leadership, culture, organization, learning, OSA work environment, and other relevant areas together with the business
• Participate in and lead projects and assignments within the HR area
• Contribute to the development of warehouse operations in the short and long term
• Handle other HR-related tasks as needed

The role is located at Långebergavägen in Helsingborg.
