As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for order processes and following up with customers. You will be a key player in their customer service and order department.

Edwards Lifesciences is looking for a student who can work 12-16 hours per week alongside their studies, with the possibility of summer employment. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, varying between full and half days.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing orders throughout the entire process.
Communication with customers and internally.
Handling inventory and stock.
Archiving and documenting documents.
Handling complaints.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is a student at a university/college and will graduate no earlier than 2026
Can work 12-16 hours per week alongside your studies
Speaks fluent English and a Nordic language such as Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish. There is extensive communication between the Nordic countries, making a basic understanding of these languages essential for the role.
Has good computer skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite
Has previous experience in customer service or other service roles

It is advantageous if you:

Are fluent in Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish
Have previously worked with order management and customer service
