Purchaser / Material Planner

About the Position

Are you a structured and solution-oriented material planner with experience in purchasing and logistics? We offer an exciting full-time consulting assignment where you will have the opportunity to drive improvement work, manage OTD purchases, and work closely with several functions in a dynamic environment. Seize the chance to contribute your expertise in a key role focused on efficiency and development!

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare purchases from internal suppliers to meet the business and customer delivery dates.
• Answer questions from design, assemblers, and salespeople.
• Participate in improvement work and suggest process enhancements.
• Be responsible for OTD purchases and coordinate tasks under time pressure.
• Work in a structured and preventive manner to ensure smooth flows.

Suitable Background

• Post-secondary education in purchasing or logistics.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of SAP related to purchasing and logistics.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Personal Attributes

Independence, collaboration, and communication are important qualities.
