Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 (full-time)

Salary: Fixed monthly salary plus commission

Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probation period of 6 months

Job Responsibilities

In the role of telephone salesperson, your primary task will be to revive the relationship with customers who previously chose to subscribe to meal boxes from the company we represent but have chosen to cancel for various reasons. Your main responsibilities include:

• Establishing contact with former Danish customers

• Presenting current offers and reactivating their interest in the meal boxes

• Assuring the customer of the high quality and service that the company we represent offers, as well as actively listening to their feedback to understand and address any concerns or questions

You will play a key role in conveying the values of the brand we represent and emphasizing the quality and service they offer. We look forward to you helping us strengthen the relationship between customers and the company we represent.
