Construction Salesperson with a Passion for Service

At Bolist Örkelljunga Lantmannaaffär, we are looking for a driven and ambitious salesperson who has a genuine interest in construction and building materials, and is passionate about sales, advice, and service.

The main focus will be on purchasing and selling to both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. You will have a role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have extensive product knowledge in the construction sector, experience in construction, quote writing, and sales.

You have a strong commitment and want to build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

As a person, you are communicative and fearless in customer meetings. You have a results-oriented focus, are flexible, and meticulous. You enjoy collaborating with others and see yourself as a problem solver.

The pace is sometimes high and requires resilience and accuracy. Good computer skills are required.

The position initially comprises 75% with the possibility of more.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.
