About the job

As an HR specialist focusing on employer support at Sida, you will be responsible for strategic and operational work with wage formation, including coordinating the annual salary review process and conducting wage mapping. You will be responsible for the local collective agreements at Sida and for

the application of central collective agreements. You will also contribute to labor law issues at the authority, including personnel matters and cases in the personnel responsibility committee.

You will be part of a working group consisting of experienced and qualified employees in a developing environment where you will have the opportunity to independently and collaboratively drive employer issues.

You will work at our office in Rissne Sundbyberg.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for wage formation and guidelines for salary setting at Sida
  • Coordinate the annual salary review including wage mapping
  • Be responsible for local collective agreements and for the application of central collective agreements
  • Be responsible for labor law issues and individual cases including any cases in Sida's personnel responsibility committee and contacts with the Employers' Agency
  • Other tasks as required in the HR unit

Qualifications

Education

  • Academic degree from the Human Resource Management program or other education that, in combination with work experience, provides equivalent knowledge according to Sida's assessment

Language

  • Very good Swedish in speech and writing

Work experience and skills

  • Several years of experience from independent work with wage formation and agreements in the public sector
  • Ability to independently drive processes
  • Experience in collaboration and negotiation with employee organizations
  • Practical experience in conducting wage mapping and salary reviews
  • Experience and interest in working with individual cases
  • Good knowledge of and interest in labor law
  • Knowledge of the central terms agreements in the public sector

Good to know

The position is a permanent employment with immediate start. A probationary period applies.

Sida offers the possibility of remote work to some extent if it works for the organization.
