Do you want to contribute to societal benefit and support Sweden's independence in the world? FRA is now looking for an initiative-taking and driven HR Partner to work with HR processes and managerial support. At FRA, we work on unique tasks – for Sweden's security and integrity.
Your Mission
As an HR Partner, you belong to the Operations Support department. The department is responsible for finance, procurement, local supply, service, HR, information management, and security protection. You will be part of the HR office, which includes several functions that together handle all personnel-related issues of the authority.
The HR office consists of a dynamic group of driven and engaged employees with various areas of expertise within HR. Our work is based on close collaboration where we learn and have fun together.
As an HR Partner, your main tasks will include:
- Proactive and advisory managerial support in HR-related matters within the authority
- Operational work with various development projects within the HR area
- Driving, developing, and streamlining HR processes as well as implementing, executing, and following up on these in the organization
- Personnel administration
FRA has strong confidentiality, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling it. Travel for work may occur.
You Can
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in HR or equivalent, or comparable knowledge acquired in another way.
- Experience in consultative managerial support, at least 5 years.
- Worked with labor law, agreements, and terms of employment, with experience in collective agreements
- Worked with occupational health issues and rehabilitation cases as well as equality and diversity issues
- Worked with competence supply, e.g., career planning
- Worked with change management
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
We consider it an advantage if you have experience or knowledge in:
- Change and project management
- Government terms agreements
- HR work within the public sector
- Experience in leadership development

More Information
The workplace is located near Drottningholm, about 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. Before employment, you will be security vetted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment comes with an obligation to be placed in a military position.
