Your Challenge
In the role of Private Advisor within property insurance, you are passionate about creating relationships with both customers and colleagues to succeed in your business. You work proactively with needs-based sales of private property insurance in face-to-face meetings that you have initiated yourself. You are responsible for customers and ensure comprehensive solutions to secure the right offer. A key part of the role is to collaborate with colleagues internally to identify new business opportunities and find more private customers. Together, you create value by leveraging existing customer relationships and networks. You have your own sales budget that motivates you to perform your very best, and you are expected to maintain high sales and customer satisfaction.

You are a curious, independent, and driven person who takes initiative and is courageous. You need to take responsibility, be relationship-oriented, and have high energy to succeed. You are motivated by having a job that resembles running your own business.
We want you to have a post-secondary education and several years of experience in a similar role with independent responsibility for customers. We expect you to demonstrate good performance related to goals, communication, and quality. You are good at achieving results together with others and contribute to a good atmosphere. It is an advantage if you speak more languages than Swedish.
