NutraQ is located in new, beautiful premises at Innovatum in Trollhättan and is now in need of strengthening their Norwegian and Swedish Customer Service department over the summer with more employees who love to work with sales, customer contact, and customer care. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a customer service representative, your main tasks will involve helping NutraQ's customers who call in to customer service with product advice and identifying opportunities for upselling. A large part of the role also involves working proactively with customer loyalty and retention. This means handling cancellations and actively working to retain customers by listening to their needs, offering tailored solutions, and creating added value that keeps them with us. Your primary tasks will include:

• Making outgoing calls to existing customers, such as follow-up calls and welcome calls

• Turning a cancellation into an extension by offering the right solution

• Working proactively to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Receiving incoming calls from NutraQ's customers

• Assisting other departments within the organization as needed

• Being part of an engaged team that supports and develops each other

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that you who are applying want to work in a close-knit team with a good atmosphere and thrive in a role where the phone is one of your most important work tools. We also prefer that you have previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or another relevant profession. Furthermore, we believe that you are competitive and driven by creating relationships and have the ability to act calmly and controlled even in stressful situations. 

• Experience in sales

• Results-oriented and energized by setting and achieving goals

• Enjoys creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships over the phone

• Fluency in Norwegian is an advantage

• Good knowledge of English, as NutraQ is an international company 

Being multilingual and able to speak additional Nordic languages, or any of the following languages; Polish, Slovak, Czech, French, Italian, or Dutch is an advantage, but not a requirement.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as a customer service representative is a full-time consulting assignment from May 1 – August/September, with the possibility of extension for the right person. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at NutraQ Sweden.
