Euroform Group is a high-tech developer and manufacturer of injection-molded plastic systems and components for the European industry. Major customer groups include world-leading manufacturers of vehicles and construction machinery, and the group has a turnover of around 650 million SEK with approximately 200 employees. Euroform AB has two factories in Tranås and Euroform MediPharm AB in Motala, which operates in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry.
Vätterledens Invest AB owns Euroform Group and is a privately owned investment company with a genuine interest in Swedish industry and long-term business relationships. Vätterledens Invest's headquarters is located in Gothenburg. The business group has a turnover of 1,500 MSEK.

Focus in Your Role
The mission is to ensure that the business terms, content, and frameworks are clear and that the business operates throughout the business and delivery flow – from the early business phase and project to series production and further development.
This means, among other things, that you:
- Ensure that business terms and pricing are correctly set
- Follow up the business from a profitability perspective
- Initiate and follow up customer projects with clear business logic
- Are the primary commercial contact for the customer and responsible for developing and nurturing the customer relationship
In this role, you will have many points of contact and work closely with Business Development and Project Management for a cohesive and efficient execution. You will report directly to our CCO.
If We May Wish
You have experience taking commercial responsibility in a B2B environment and are used to working with sustainable business. You are confident in your communication and comfortable conducting structured, professional dialogues with customers on business-critical issues. You have the ability to clarify expectations, manage changes, and create consensus – both externally with customers and internally within the organization.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in customer or business responsibility in customer-specific manufacturing or project-based industry
- Familiarity with working on projects that involve quotes, projects, and long-term delivery
- Experience in pricing, business terms, and profitability follow-up over time
- Ability to manage changes in ongoing business in a structured and businesslike manner
- Experience in close collaboration with projects, technology, and production
You are used to working in digital environments and use system support as a natural part of your work approach. A good ability to work in Microsoft 365 and to structure, document, and follow up business and customer information in digital tools is a prerequisite for the role. We expect you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
