As a salesperson, you will be a key person in our business and part of a competent and growing sales team. You will step into an organization that is on an exciting development journey.
About the position
In the role of salesperson, your primary focus will be to offer our logistics services to new customers, primarily within e-commerce. You will independently manage the entire sales process – from customer identification and initial contact to negotiation, contracts, and handover.
The work is conducted through active market outreach, handling incoming inquiries, and proactive sales. The sales process is classic: an initial contact to map the customer's needs and requirements, followed by a quote that is presented to the customer and hopefully leads to a contract. Once the contract is signed, a structured handover to the account manager for onboarding and further operations takes place. You will also be responsible for some follow-up after startup.
The role involves a strong focus on customer dialogue, and you will also participate in fairs and events to create new business opportunities and represent Shelfless in the market.
In addition to sales, responsibilities include budget follow-up, price adjustments, goal management, CRM updates, and participation in projects within the department.
About you
Our industry is evolving rapidly, and we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in staying updated on news and trends in logistics and e-commerce.
We are not just looking for a salesperson who can sell – we are looking for a salesperson who can help our customers. This means that you understand logistics, the business, and the customer's needs, and that you build trust through knowledge rather than through short-term sales.
You are communicative and instill confidence in customer meetings. You are driven, energetic, and enjoy creating new contacts. You feel equally comfortable behind a computer and phone as you do at the center of a customer meeting.
We would like you to have:
Several years of sales experience in e-commerce, supply chain, 3PL, or logistics
A structured approach to work and experience in following up on deals
Good understanding of numbers, finance, and business acumen
Good knowledge of the Office suite
Driver's license (B)
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Shelfless Sweden is a company in third-party logistics (3PL) responsible for the entire logistics chain for its customers. The company operates in Rosersberg, Åstorp, and Habo, where the head office is also located.
Our customer base primarily consists of e-commerce companies, which places high demands on service, flexibility, and quality. We are part of the Bring Group, which gives us access to broad logistical expertise, strong Nordic networks, and resources that enable continued growth and development of sustainable logistics solutions for the future.
Practical information
The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%) with an initial six-month probationary period. The location is in Rosersberg, Åstorp, or Habo, just outside Jönköping, where our office is located. Travel may occur to our various units around Sweden.
You will be offered a fixed salary without a commission model. Start date according to agreement.
