Folktandvården Sunne-Munkfors is a clinic located in two towns in the heart of Värmland, with Sunne being the larger clinic and Munkfors being slightly smaller.

We have a total of 23 employees across both locations. Here, you will meet colleagues with varying levels of experience, and we maintain a positive atmosphere at work.

We have varied tasks within pediatric and adult dental care, always focusing on high quality. For new employees, we offer a comprehensive introduction program and good supervision. The clinic in Sunne has been recently renovated and offers panoramic and nitrous oxide treatments.

Sunne and Munkfors municipalities are located in the heart of Värmland, with Sunne being the larger town with about 13,500 inhabitants, and Munkfors located about 30 kilometers to the east with approximately 3,700 inhabitants. Both municipalities are rich in cultural and community life, offering excellent outdoor opportunities in a stunning natural setting. Some of the region's major tourist attractions include Mårbacka memorial estate, Selma Lagerlöf's home, Rottneros Park, the sculpture park, and Laxholmen cultural center.

Your Responsibilities

With us, you will have a varied and stimulating job primarily consisting of assistance, sterilization, and reception work. If you are interested, there is also the opportunity for personal responsibility areas, such as prophylaxis with your own patients and other delegated tasks like impression taking. The tasks vary within both adult and pediatric dental care. It is important to us that our customers feel satisfied after a visit, which is why we place great emphasis on service and interaction. If you are at the beginning of your career, you will receive good support from your new colleagues. Additionally, we provide a solid start to your new career as you will participate in Folktandvården's comprehensive introduction program, which combines theory with practical work.

Your Skills/Competencies

We are looking for someone with a dental assistant degree. As a person, you are service-oriented, have good collaboration skills, enjoy working with others, and are structured and responsible for your tasks.

About Us

Folktandvården Värmland is part of Region Värmland and has 17 general dental care clinics distributed across 24 different units – from Sysslebäck in the north to Säffle in the southwest. Additionally, there are clinics in all specialist areas that treat patients on referral. We are a forward-looking organization with a focus on quality and competence. Approximately 560 people work with us, collectively having extensive experience in promoting better dental and oral health.
