The inpatient care in Arvika is committed to sustainability and various development opportunities regardless of profession. We have the advantages of a small hospital with close collaboration with other operations. Close contact with the management team is something we see as a great advantage in our operations. We have a nursing assistant in the reception providing administrative support during the day, and discharge coordinators who plan for patients who have or need support after their treatment. On ward 79, we have 16 care places. There is a breadth within the acute medical field where heart and infectious diseases are major diagnostic groups in the department. We have places for palliative care and observation places for patients with other diagnoses.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will lead and be responsible for the nursing work around the patient and perform nursing tasks such as sampling, rounds, and nursing work. In your daily work, you play an important role in collaboration with other professions. As a new employee with us, you will receive training and guidance tailored to your needs. There is an opportunity to work only nights with favorable night agreements. If you are newly graduated, we have a program with training, mentorship, internships, and clinical development programs (KUP).

Your Skills/Competencies

You who are applying are a licensed nurse. Experience in the profession is an advantage but not a requirement. We are looking for someone who can also contribute to our team with their personal qualities. As a nurse with us, it is important to be flexible as tasks can vary and change quickly. You will work in a team and need to be good at communicating and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our patients. It is important that you are meticulous and have a desire to deliver high-quality care. You consider the whole, the broader perspective, and the best interests of the operation when you act and make decisions.
