Job Description

We work to utilize each individual's strengths and abilities, based on their specific needs and wishes.

You are responsible for providing customers with high-quality care and support.

This includes, among other things, personal care and support, utilizing the customer's own resources, activation and social interaction with customers, as well as outdoor activities, preparing, cooking, and serving meals, washing clothes, and cleaning in the customer's home. Documentation according to Sol, as well as medication delegation.

You will work with ambitious colleagues who have a good sense of humor.

About You

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education or experience in care work. It is a merit if you have previously worked in elderly care. Great importance is placed on interaction, communication, contact management, and documentation in the journal system.

• Nursing assistant education (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 points
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
• Merit if you have previously worked in elderly care
• Driver's license B is a merit
• Bicycle experience is a requirement
