Sannagården's special accommodation is part of the Support, Care and Social Services Administration. The administration is divided into the areas of functional support and elderly care. Our core business is to provide care, support, and rehabilitation for the elderly, as well as to provide support and services to individuals with disabilities, always with the individual's needs at the center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant at Sannagården, you will provide support and assistance with personal care, meals, and activities, as well as create opportunities for residents to maintain and utilize their own resources.

Your responsibilities also include creating conditions for a good quality of life and a meaningful existence for the residents. Furthermore, you are responsible for providing care and support of good quality. Delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists may occur.

We are now looking for someone who has the ability to create an environment together with the team where you and your colleagues work towards common goals and always with the user in focus. You should be able to meet people in various situations in a professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability and ability to collaborate, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, resilient to stress, responsible, and interested in taking on assignments and participating in various workgroups that develop the operations. We also expect you to be a positive person, proactive, empathetic, service-oriented, and to follow decisions and guidelines made.

In addition, you need to meet the following requirements:

• You must be a trained nursing assistant.
• You must be able to communicate in spoken and written Swedish, among other things, based on documentation requirements.

A driving license (B) is an advantage.
