The operation is located in Karlstad and covers the entire municipality, meeting customers between 07:00-22:00, every day of the week.

Job Description

We work to harness each individual's strengths and abilities, based on their specific needs and wishes.

You are responsible for providing customers with high-quality care and support.

This includes, among other things, personal care and support, utilizing the customer's own resources, activation and social interaction with customers, as well as outdoor activities, preparing, cooking, and serving meals, laundry, and cleaning at the customer's home. Documentation according to Sol, as well as medication delegation.

You will work with ambitious colleagues who have a good sense of humor.

About You

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education or experience in care work. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in elderly care. Great emphasis is placed on interaction, communication, contact management, and documentation in the journal system.

• Nursing assistant education (or equivalent education) of at least 1350p
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
• Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage
• Driving license B is an advantage
• Bicycle experience is a requirement
