We are looking for a personal assistant for a 32-year-old man with mobility impairments. The position is full-time, working weekdays during the day in even weeks and evenings and weekends in odd weeks. There may also be some awake night shifts if needed. You will work in the man's home and accompany him to daily activities Monday to Friday. You will be part of a team of four people around him, covering for each other in case of illness.

You should be interested in learning everything related to the user, where care and personal hygiene are important. It is advantageous if you have training in healthcare or a similar field, but we also place great importance on personal chemistry, so do not hesitate to apply even if you do not have the right education. You must not have any physical issues as the job involves assisting with transfers. You must also have a driver's license since you will be driving in your work. As there is a dog in the home, you must not be allergic to animals.

As a person, you must be responsible, attentive, flexible, have good patience, and be able to take initiative and adapt your work to the user's needs. You must have a good ability to read needs and wishes even if they are not expressed verbally. You should be calm, stable, and secure in yourself. You should not be afraid to show your personality and have a sense of humor. Besides attending his daily activities, the man enjoys sitting at his computer, and music is a big part of his life. The work pace is varied. The nature of the job requires that you are fluent in speaking and understanding the Swedish language, for example, being able to understand and read various instructions and checklists.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
