Linen Assistans is the small personal assistance company that works for closeness and accessibility. With us, everyone should feel seen and know that we are here for YOU, both customers and relatives as well as personal assistants.

We are now looking for summer substitutes for our wonderful team with two girls aged 23 and 25. The girls live in Ljunghusen, HÖLLVIKEN.

Both girls are physically and mentally disabled and wheelchair-bound, which means they need help with everything in their daily lives.

You who are applying should be a woman and have good patience. It is important that you are driven, proactive, and committed. Furthermore, we believe that you as a person are positive and passionate about helping others. We place great importance on you being the right fit for the girls.

To thrive in the role of personal assistant, some experience with people with disabilities, preferably both physical and mental, can be helpful. However, personal suitability and a willingness to make a difference are the most important qualities we are looking for.

Your tasks will include helping the girls with everything from feeding, hygiene, and exercise to giving them the opportunity to participate in everyday life. Additionally, there will be time for walks, outings, and other fun activities that you will create, plan, and book through your own initiative, teamwork, and creativity.

Since both girls have active assistance around the clock, you are never alone, which increases the opportunities to engage in activities together and make the days enjoyable.

We need substitutes during the regular staff's vacation from the end of June until the end of August. As there is always a need for hourly substitutes, the possibility of continued work as needed is great even after the summer.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights, both weekdays and weekends according to a schedule.

A driver's license and access to a car are an advantage (but not a must) as it is about a 20-minute walk from the nearest bus stop to the workplace.
