About You

On behalf of our client in Lund, we are looking for a mature personal assistant who is attentive to our client's needs and wishes.

We are currently seeking personal assistants for a 15-year-old boy in Lund, it is an advantage if you speak Tigrinya and Swedish. The position is a full-time daytime job, you will accompany the client to school and assist him during the school day. Working hours are approximately 07:00-15:00.

It is important for us that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are attentive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's privacy. You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make independent decisions. You are responsible and good at collaborating. You have the ability to take a step back when needed. You are skilled at motivating and find challenges in your work enjoyable. You are smoke-free.

The client is a 15-year-old boy who needs an assistant who is calm and understanding. The client enjoys listening to calm classical music, attends school, and has personal assistance during school hours. The client does not communicate verbally but through body language and alternative communication. At the interview, you will need to present a background check since the client is under 18 years old.

You can work days, evenings, and weekends. Personal assistance is provided around the clock. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage. You will be part of a team that works together with and for the client.

Your Responsibilities

Tasks related to the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also involves accompanying them on activities outside the home. You will work supportively and motivationally. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
