Trygga HVB-hem is a smaller residence with 8 placements located in Helsingborg. Our operations target youth aged 14-19 with emerging psychosocial problems, where there is a risk of crime, substance abuse, and self-harm. We accept placements according to both SoL and LVU.

About the role of the manager

We are looking for an experienced manager who can take overall responsibility for the operation of our facility. Your main responsibilities include:

- Supervisory responsibility for staff working on a schedule.

- Budget responsibility and work environment responsibility in collaboration with management personnel.

- Ensuring that our residents receive care, support, and activities according to our commitments and applicable legislation.

- Contact with authorities, clients, and relatives.

- Actively working to find new placements and develop the operation.

Requirements and desired qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

- Is a qualified social worker or has equivalent education.

- Has documented experience as a manager, preferably in similar operations.

- Has experience working with the target group and understanding their needs.

- Has a strong interest and experience in leadership.

- Is responsible, proactive, and reliable.

- Is structured and can plan and organize your work independently.

- Has experience actively working to find placements and create collaborations with clients.
