JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You who are applying should be interested in working with people with disabilities. The job involves working alone, where you meet your colleagues during handovers and workplace meetings. The work team consists of four employees.

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for providing good and safe care, as well as planning and implementing activities. Regular documentation is included in your tasks according to the municipality's guidelines. The work involves shifts with on-call duties both during weekdays and weekends.

In our working method, we start from a low-arousal approach.

At the workplace, care work, medication management, and creating meaning in the user's life are included.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is used to working independently; great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, as chemistry is crucial for achieving good collaboration and building a good relationship with the user and their relatives.

We are looking for someone who is educated in the following:

• Child and leisure program with a focus on social work or educational work,
• Nursing program with specialization in the program deepening "disability" or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

Other meritorious:

• Trained leisure educator, leisure leader, social educator, or other pedagogical education.

You should have basic IT skills.

We place great importance on your experience working with people with disabilities within LSS or with other care work.

Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and good manners. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing.

A manual driver's license is a requirement.

OTHER

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be made based on the needs of the operation.
