Capio Vårdcentral Hovshaga is a growing healthcare center and a well-established provider in Region Kronoberg. You can find us in Hovshaga center with proximity to good transport links. We are a wonderful team of about 30 employees, a strong and competent staff group with many years of experience in primary care who together make a difference for our approximately 12,100 registered patients – today and throughout their lives.

We have a wide range of services, and in addition to the healthcare center, various specialist clinics such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma/COPD, incontinence, dementia/elderly care, and wound care, we also have a child health clinic, psychologist, and rehabilitation services.

We are also an academic healthcare center, which means we have an increased focus on research and development, which in turn leads to increased quality of care and cutting-edge primary care!

We need to strengthen our team, and perhaps you are the one who wants to jump in and contribute with your skills and energy. We are currently a fully staffed healthcare center within our various professional groups and need reinforcement with a district nurse or nurse who has an interest in diabetes care.

We are looking for you who are a nurse, preferably with diabetes training. If you do not yet have that competence but have an interest in developing in the area, there is an opportunity to train during working hours.

With us, you will have a varied and independent job with the usual nursing tasks for a healthcare center, such as telephone advice, chats, and reception work for both acute and planned visits. You will become an important part of our team, where we work together but also trust each other's ability to make independent decisions and make wise assessments.

We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse or a basic trained nurse, preferably with a few years of experience and who feels secure both in your professional role and as a person. You have a patient-focused work approach and see the advantages of working in a team. Experience from primary care is an advantage.

You work carefully, are flexible, and can adapt both pace and working methods according to the demands of the situation. We appreciate initiative and willingness to collaborate. As a person, you are clear, structured, and can prioritize when needed. You have a strong commitment and always strive for high quality in your work. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Some on-call duty at our emergency medical center may be included.
