QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist who wants to be part of an engaged and interdisciplinary team where collaboration is a cornerstone. You have a humble approach, are friendly and solution-focused, and strive to find common paths forward, always with the patient's best interests in mind.
You are emotionally stable, handle stress and challenges constructively, and contribute to a safe and positive work environment, even in pressured situations. Your good humor and ability to remain calm make you a valued colleague.
We also appreciate that you are creative and curious, willing to think outside the box, see opportunities where others see obstacles, and contribute ideas that develop both methods and operations.
We place great importance on personal suitability for the role.
Experience in group activities, ergonomics, and working with patients with chronic pain or psychiatric issues is an advantage, but not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have the commitment and desire to make a difference.
