Care should be provided in collaboration with other actors within and outside Region Kronoberg, with a cohesive care chain and patient participation in focus. The specialist psychiatry for children, adolescents, and adults provides modern and specialized psychiatric care in collaboration with relatives and other caregivers. A good working environment with motivated and competent employees is a prerequisite for us to succeed in our mission.

The general psychiatry is organized into specialized units where staff work in integrated teams, outpatient care, and inpatient care, following the patient throughout the care chain. Within the general psychiatric outpatient clinic unit 2, patients with personality disorders, eating disorders, neuropsychiatric issues, and patients at risk of suicide are treated.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a psychotherapist in the eating disorder clinic for children, adolescents, and adults. Do you want to be part of our team?

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is aimed at working with our patients who have eating disorder issues, where your role is to work with assessment and psychological/therapeutic treatment. At the eating disorder clinic, we work with treatment individually, in groups, and in day care. At the clinic, we work in interdisciplinary teams where you, together with other professionals, meet children, adolescents, and adults in need of specialized psychiatric eating disorder care. The team at the eating disorder clinic currently includes psychotherapists, psychologists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, therapists, dietitians, and physiotherapists. In working with patients, we primarily use FBT, CBT, CBT-E, and IPT. The work also involves close collaboration with others in the clinic as well as external actors, such as schools and social services.

Within the specialist psychiatry for children, adolescents, and adults, you will be involved in the ongoing development work that we conduct in the unit. Right now, we are working on implementing the National Guidelines from the National Board of Health and Welfare and reviewing our treatment offerings. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychotherapist. We see that you have your basic education as a social worker, psychologist, nurse, or other suitable education within healthcare. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in adult psychiatry and/or in child and adolescent psychiatry as well as family therapy orientation. If you have supervisor training, that is also an advantage.

You have good collaboration skills, are unpretentious, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You feel secure in uncertain contexts, stand up for your own opinions, and welcome change and development with a strong focus on patients. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A driving license (B) is desirable.
