Job Responsibilities

We operate based on a “Person-Centered” approach to provide good care and safe support to our clients. You will perform nursing work based on the client's wishes, needs, and approved assistance decisions, in accordance with applicable guidelines and legislation. Documentation, reporting, and delegated tasks from home healthcare are included in the work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed a nursing program or equivalent education and experience in home care. We are primarily seeking staff for evenings and weekends

We are also looking for employees with relevant education and experience in disabilities. You are trained as a Support Educator or are in training or have equivalent pedagogical education.

You are flexible and responsible and want to work both independently and as part of a team with varying tasks. You can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
