About the position

We are now looking for two dedicated and service-oriented property technicians who want to be part of our team in Spånga. In the role of property technician, you will have independent and ongoing responsibility for the operation and corrective maintenance of approximately 400 apartments in the area. You actively contribute to the overall results of the region and play an important role in ensuring that Sveafastigheter lives up to our core values - long-term, innovative, present, and business-minded.

Your tasks include, for example:

• Receiving, handling, and resolving maintenance requests

• Contact with our tenants

• Routine rounds and troubleshooting for minor repairs and maintenance work (replacement of fridge/freezer/stove as applicable)

• Ordering and following up on repairs and maintenance actions

• Changing filters and general supervision of ventilation systems, heating systems, and heat pumps, as well as any plumbing work

• Problem-solving of the property's technical systems, such as indoor climate, heating, and ventilation

• Participating in energy efficiency work

• Supervision and rounds of the internal and external environment

• Conducting apartment inspections

• Conducting SBA rounds.

About you

To thrive in the role of property technician with us, you need to appreciate the combination of service and property management. You focus on our tenants' needs and act quickly and effectively, with a good attitude as a natural part of your work. You enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere and building trusting relationships with our tenants. As a person, you are solution-oriented and have a good ability to plan and structure your workday effectively.

Formal requirements:

• High school education in technology, knowledge of plumbing/control and regulation and/or electricity is advantageous

• Several years of work experience in the property industry, construction, or related technical fields

• Understanding of property maintenance/technology

• Driver's license B

• Basic IT skills and the ability to familiarize yourself with digital systems

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

• Basic knowledge of English, spoken and written.

We consider it an advantage if you also meet:

• Previous experience in electricity, plumbing, ventilation, and appliances

• Previous experience as a facility manager with knowledge of SBA

• Experience from the property system Vitec and Greenview

• Previous experience in operations and maintenance.
