The County Administrative Board's approximately 300 employees work as the government's representative at the regional level. Our mission is to develop the county and ensure that national political goals are implemented in the region. Of the seven units of the County Administrative Board, the Community Unit covers the most types of issues. Here we work with environmental and climate issues, community planning and housing, social sustainability, civil preparedness, and cultural heritage issues. We are now looking for someone with knowledge and commitment to coordinate the county's work within ANDTS (alcohol, narcotics, doping, tobacco, and gambling) until April 2028.

Responsibilities

The County Administrative Board is tasked with ensuring that ANDTS policy is implemented in the county based on regional conditions and challenges. This means you will be responsible for driving the external work forward together with the municipalities in the county, Region Jämtland Härjedalen, and other regional actors.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Collaboration and coordination with various actors in the county and nationally.
• Coordinating efforts within ANDTS to ensure the best possible results.
• Driving networks and conducting training and workshops to raise awareness and knowledge within the ANDTS area.
• Monitoring ongoing processes to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Analysis and presentation of surveys and mappings conducted regionally and nationally.

We strive for a flexible organization to handle new assignments or directions from the national level. Therefore, your tasks may change based on new needs.

Profile

We are looking for a creative and innovative person who can see alternative solutions to existing processes. Since the work involves many different contact points, you need to be good at collaborating and building relationships, as well as being clear in your communication. In your role as a coordinator, you need to be self-driven with the ability to take initiative and push the work forward. Travel within the county and the country is normally part of the job.

Qualifications

You should have:

• a university degree in public health or another education that the employer deems equivalent.
• documented experience in public health work within the public sector.
• experience in coordination and supporting collaboration between a large number of different actors.

It is an advantage if you have:

• many years of experience in ANDTS coordination or ANDTS preventive work within the public sector.
• experience in handling and processing various forms of surveys.
• documented knowledge of project and/or process management.
