About the Role

As an ILS engineer, you will work broadly within the field of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and play a key role in ensuring that advanced marine solutions are reliable, available, and sustainable throughout their lifecycle. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of ILS deliveries. The work is project-based and involves close collaboration with both internal functions and external customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will, among other things:

Lead and conduct operational reliability analyses
Perform cost and maintenance analyses
Participate in tender work, planning, and requirements management
Ensure that deliveries meet customer requirements and expectations
Work with obsolescence management to enable maintenance throughout the product lifecycle
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective working methods, tools, and processes

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant engineering education
At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Logistics Engineering
Maintenance Analysis
Cost Analysis
Operational Reliability Analysis
Obsolescence Management

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience working in complex project environments

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and have a strong interest in technology. You have the ability to create order and structure even in dynamic environments and are a skilled communicator who builds good relationships with both colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
