We are now looking for a manager for the newly formed unit for Service Development and Process Management. The unit's mission is to drive qualified process development and the development of efficient flows, as well as to ensure that our processes are clear, usable, and purposeful.
As a manager, you are the process owner and have a central role in our continued development. You are responsible for ensuring that Regionservice's processes are effective and meet customer needs. You have the ability to see the big picture and drive improvements that have a concrete impact. An important part of your mission is to create understanding, engagement, and direction for the entire administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you are responsible for driving the development of our services with a clear focus on customer needs, as well as strengthening and developing Regionservice's process-oriented working methods. As the manager of the unit, you are the process owner for all processes in the administration and have a central role in the management group.
You are responsible for ensuring that the processes, from a holistic perspective, are effective and meet customer needs. You initiate and implement improvements to create higher efficiency, better quality, and increased robustness throughout the organization.
As support in the work, you have process leaders who act as operational coordinators. They lead process teams to identify, implement, and follow up on process improvements and ensure the results of the processes over time.
An important part of your mission is to create understanding, engagement, and clear direction throughout the organization. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can prioritize easily, create stability in change, and drive development with perseverance and courage.
As a manager leading employees, you guide your operations in the expected direction towards the organization's goals. Your employees' engagement is crucial for success in your mission, and you value coaching, providing feedback, evaluating performance, promoting collaboration, and creating a good working environment. Together with your employees, you develop the organization through effective working methods with high quality and continuously follow up for learning and further development. You have employer and management responsibility that includes employees, operations, and finances.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant academic education, such as in industrial economics, logistics, engineering, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Several years of documented experience in process development and/or flow optimization, preferably with a background in logistics.
- Documented experience in systematically and long-term driving change and improvement work in complex organizations, preferably in the public sector.
- Previous managerial experience with responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing managers and specialists.
- Experience working closely with the management group and contributing to strategic decisions.
Experience in advanced competencies in Lean, TQM, or similar improvement methods and/or process and business development using digital tools is meritorious.
