”Up and Coming” COO / Chief Operating Officer for an expanding family business – Helsingborg

We are now looking for a COO / Chief Operating Officer for the successful Boncena in Helsingborg. You will be offered a broad and influential role in a family business with big ambitions. In the role of COO, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operational business and organization function as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You will implement efficiencies and improvements to processes, routines, and working methods that contribute to the company's continued growth and increased profitability. You will build structure with a focus on KPIs, automation, and digitalization. You will be part of the management team and have the opportunity to work closely with the owners and management, where you will influence the development of the business while being part of an exciting growth journey!

Your responsibilities include:
- Digitizing and automating the company's processes
- Leading and motivating your team with a focus on improvement and efficiency
- Creating clear guidelines and KPIs and contributing to improved structure in the organization
- Optimizing the entire Supply Chain process from purchasing to warehousing and logistics
- Driving improvement work, following up key figures, and reporting outcomes
- Handling various HR issues
- Finance: automating and developing the company's financial tools
- Syncing the organization's flow of information between systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
Your Profile:
You have previous experience in operational leadership, probably within FMCG / grocery retail, where you have contributed to a growth journey. You have the ability to combine a strategic perspective with an understanding of daily operations. You are well-versed in how to run a company based on key figures and you work purposefully, structured, and business-driven. Furthermore, you have experience and knowledge of building a brand both towards B2B and consumers from the ground up. You also have experience in driving projects in a leading role.
As a person, you are loyal, driven, and ambitious. You enjoy driving change and engaging your team, which requires you to be clear and communicative with the ability to set demands and provide feedback in a respectful manner. You are forward-thinking, positive, and enjoy going the extra mile in all situations.
About the Position:
The position is a permanent full-time employment. The work is performed on-site at the headquarters in Helsingborg. Start date according to agreement.
