As the Regional Manager for Southern Sweden, you will lead a personnel-intensive operation across several counties and be responsible for sustainable growth in both business and organization. Responsibilities

As the Regional Manager for operations in Southern Sweden, you have overall responsibility for the region's results, assets, work environment, and environment. You lead approximately 250 employees, of whom nine report directly to you, and drive both daily operations and development forward. In this role, you ensure that operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with applicable laws, permits, and the company's processes. You are responsible for ensuring that resources in personnel, equipment, facilities, and logistics are used effectively and that the organization has clear structures to deliver on time and meet set goals. The role also involves close collaboration with other regional managers and the company's support functions. You are part of the company's management team and operational management team and report directly to the COO. The region includes Halland, large parts of Småland, Blekinge, and Skåne.

  • Ensures that operations are conducted efficiently according to applicable laws, permits, and the company's processes
  • Responsible for ensuring that resources in personnel, rentals, facilities, and logistics are used effectively to deliver on time and meet set goals
  • Close collaboration with other regional managers and support functions
  • Part of the company's management team and operational management team, reporting directly to the COO
  • The region includes Halland, large parts of Småland, Blekinge, and Skåne

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Several years of leadership experience with personnel and results responsibility, preferably from operational or production environments within logistics, industry, construction, or facilities in personnel-intensive operations
  • Solid experience in business-driven operations, including business development, driving business, and customer-oriented work
  • Experience coordinating operations across multiple locations with commercial responsibility
  • Valid driver's license (B)
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

A genuine interest in environmental issues and contributing to a safe and sustainable work environment is a given.

Other information

Start: As agreed  Location: Southern Region, which includes Halland, large parts of Småland, Blekinge, and Skåne. It is advantageous if you live near Helsingborg and Malmö but not a requirement Salary: As agreed
