About Samhall

In Sweden, 250,000 people with disabilities lack a job to go to. That is why Samhall exists – to create meaningful jobs for those who are outside the labor market. Our vision is "A labor market where everyone is seen as an asset" and we believe that you who are reading this feel just as strongly about those words as we do. For us, inclusion and development are at the core of everything we do. No matter where you work in our organization, our purpose is always present, and accessibility and the belief that all people have competence are a compass and a driving force.

We are 24,000 employees, of which about 1,500 are managers and specialists, with operations across the country. Together, we work for a more inclusive labor market that benefits individuals, organizations, and society at large.

Welcome to Samhall!

The Role of Operations Manager

Our operations are never at a standstill, and we are a community actor that is always on its toes. As an operations manager, this is clearly noticeable, and we offer a role where relationships and development form the foundation, and where present leadership and business are in focus.

As an operations manager, you will be offered significant responsibility with varied tasks, where you lead and develop the operational area in line with the company's set goals. You will be one of three Operations Managers in Malmö and report directly to the District Manager. You will have result and personnel responsibility for your operational area, be responsible for developing business and operational assignments, organizing and creating conditions to achieve set goals, as well as leading and coaching your approximately 10 area managers and group managers. You will also be part of the district management for Southwest, consisting of the District Manager, 10 Operations Managers, Business Support, and HR Business Partner.

In this dynamic role, you will have overall responsibility for both driving and developing the operations forward. You will work to create profitable business and develop business relationships with both new and existing customers. Furthermore, together with your area managers, you will optimize personnel planning and ensure a good working environment with a long-term perspective. You are involved, clear, and accessible when it comes to addressing operational issues and following up on the operations.

What do you bring to the role?

To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you have solid experience in leadership within personnel-intensive operations, where you have been a manager over other managers. You have documented experience in budget and personnel responsibility and have worked with change management and operational governance.

We are looking for a confident and inspiring leader with a strong focus on goals and results. You have an inclusive approach and see collaboration as a key to success. With innovative thinking and drive, you create development, and your leadership is characterized by trust, engagement, and the ability to lead through others.

You have good habits of planning, prioritizing, and following up on strategic initiatives, and you build strong relationships both internally and externally. As a manager at Samhall, you are unpretentious, flexible, and supportive, a role model for your employees and colleagues.

We would like you to have relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience deemed equivalent. Since the role involves travel within the district, a B driver's license is a requirement.
