Ellens fik

Within Business and Culture, Daily Activities LSS, is a café operation located at Ellen Fries Gymnasium.

The operation has one Work Supervisor and 9 participants. We are now looking for a Work Supervisor for a parental leave substitute for approximately 9 months, starting immediately. In your role as Work Supervisor, you will provide individual support and service to the participants based on assistance decisions. You are expected to work towards enabling participants to live as independently, actively, and meaningfully as possible based on individual circumstances, wishes, and needs.

Your tasks

As a Work Supervisor, you will work with individuals who have physical and/or mental disabilities and are responsible for ensuring that the interventions maintain high quality and follow the established goals according to orders and implementation plans.

At Ellens fik, there is always a Work Supervisor available to support and guide the participants so that they can perform their tasks as independently as possible. In this operation, you will work alone as a Work Supervisor. Tasks performed in the café by the participants include common café tasks such as brewing coffee, making coffee drinks, preparing sandwiches, sales, orders for the school, dishwashing, ordering goods, and more.

Furthermore, you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You can quickly change perspectives and working methods when the operation shifts, and you see opportunities where others see obstacles. We also value strong collaboration skills.
