About the job:

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute during the absence and leave of regular staff. We are seeking male personal assistants for this assignment. 

You will be working with a wonderful and cheerful young man who lives in his own apartment in central Örnsköldsvik.

The client attends his daily activities Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM and requires assistance and support to/from and during his time at the activity center. 

You will also assist and support the client at home with activities, personal hygiene, cooking, and cleaning.

You will work actively based on the client's needs, routines, and diagnosis.

You should have a strong work ethic, be calm and secure in yourself, and have a positive attitude towards making a difference for someone else.

Your work is characterized by responsibility in meetings and interactions with other people both at the activity center and at home. 

The working hours are distributed across day, evening/night, or around the clock in the schedule. 

A driver's license is required as the client has his own car to use for the assignment. 

You should be proficient in the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

Experience:

We prefer that you have previous experience working in personal assistance, especially with individuals on the autism spectrum.

Since the client chooses their assistant, we will place great importance on personality and chemistry.

You will receive an introduction with the client to ensure safety and interaction between you.
