About the position Wrknest is now seeking a facility technician on behalf of Property Partners for one of their properties. In this role, you will work in a central environment with high demands for quality, availability, and service. Here, the operation is crucial for tenants, visitors, and partners to have a safe and smooth experience every day. Your future tasks

The work consists of a combination of rounds, operational monitoring, and troubleshooting. You will work both practically on-site and in control and monitoring systems. The role involves significant personal responsibility while you have close support from colleagues.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the property, including troubleshooting and repairs.

• Handle and follow up on error reports and perform systematic rounds.

• Operational monitoring via control and monitoring systems.

• Prevent and address operational deviations.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in property technology, operations, or equivalent, as well as experience in property operations, technical service, or similar work.

• Has an understanding of ventilation, heating, and cooling.

• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
