Order Coordinator for our client in Södertälje
Our client in Södertälje is now looking for an Order Coordinator for a consulting assignment. The assignment is full-time until the end of the year, starting as soon as possible.
In the role of Order Coordinator, you will be a central function to ensure correct order flows, delivery planning, and good communication both internally and externally.
ResponsibilitiesReceive, register, and process customer orders.
Responsible for phone and email communication.
Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely delivery.
Handle deviations, initiate actions, and follow up on cases.
Ensure correct order documentation and update routines and processes.
Experience in order management, customer service, and administrative work.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
About the position
Start: Immediately
Scope: Full-time
Location: Work is conducted solely at the client's office
Assignment: Consulting assignment until the end of the year with immediate start
