Welcome to IT System Management Care – an engaged and wonderful team based in fantastic premises at the top of Gräsvik.

Here, training teams, Cosmic coordinators, test leaders, national services team system administrators, and system support work together to ensure that Region Blekinge's healthcare system functions stably, efficiently, and user-friendly.

Our mission is to provide professional support to the healthcare operations in Region Blekinge regarding the medical record systems. The support function is a central part of this work and acts as the hub in the contact with healthcare personnel. Every day, we handle incoming cases via phone and our case management system. We work with everything from simple troubleshooting and system administration to updating internal information pages and forwarding cases to our system administrators.

The Job

As a system support, you are a central part of our Helpdesk and the first point of contact for healthcare operations when they need support.

Your tasks include:

• Receiving and registering cases via phone and case management system.
• Performing simple troubleshooting using checklists and guides.
• Forwarding cases to system administrators and functional areas.
• Handling routine administrative tasks.
• Contributing to the updating of internal information channels.

The role suits you who thrive in a service-oriented function where you get to be the hub between users and system management.

About You

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least a high school diploma combined with experience deemed relevant to the assignment.
• Good ability to collaborate and build good relationships.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured manner.
• Interest in problem-solving and service.
• Good experience with administrative work in digital environments.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in Helpdesk or support work.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of case management systems.

About Development and IT

The organization of Region Blekinge is divided into six areas of responsibility, one of which is development and IT. The area also includes the office of the patient board. The area manages and develops, among other things, the organization's work related to technical services, management systems, process-oriented working methods, and portfolio, architecture, technology, and information governance.
