About Us

Welcome to IT System Management Care – an engaged and wonderful team based in fantastic premises at the top of Gräsvik.

Here, training teams, Cosmic coordinators, national service teams, test leaders, system administrators, and system support work together to ensure that Region Blekinge's healthcare system operates stably, efficiently, and user-friendly.

Our mission is to provide professional support to the healthcare operations in Region Blekinge regarding the medical record systems. The support function is a central part of this work and serves as the hub in the contact with healthcare personnel. Every day, we handle incoming cases via phone and our case management system. We work with everything from simple troubleshooting and system administration to updating internal information pages and forwarding cases to our system administrators.

About the Job

Do you want to be part of working with Region Blekinge's new healthcare information support, Cosmic? We are looking for 5 engaged and driven System Administrators for Cosmic, focusing on core areas such as medication, care documentation, patient and care administration, BoS, and multimedia. We work both independently and in groups with various tasks and responsibilities. The work consists of support, user assistance, testing, development and customization, as well as participation in relevant projects and collaboration groups. Within information technology, we work according to the governance models ITIL, collaborative model for digitization, and knowledge management. There may be work in support frontline in the absence of regular support staff.

As a system administrator, you will for example:

  • Be responsible for several functions/areas within Cosmic healthcare information support
  • Investigate needs and cases that come in via our support and case management system
  • Participate in various collaboration groups, for example within local knowledge management and collaborative management Sussa care support (together with 8 other regions)
  • Plan releases together with other functions

About You

We are looking for someone with relevant university or post-secondary education in healthcare or IT, or other education combined with work experience that the employer deems suitable for the role.

We see it as an advantage if you have experience in project management and/or team leadership.

The work as a system administrator involves many different contact points, and therefore it is important that you have a high ability to collaborate and can quickly build good relationships with those you meet in your work. It is crucial that you are engaged and driven by challenges, and have a desire to develop yourself along with your tasks. You should have a strong interest in problem-solving and be able to independently drive issues and cases. The work requires good experience in performing administrative tasks in a digital environment. Our corporate language is Swedish, and you should be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written form.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Meritorious:

  • Previous work in Cosmic
  • Previous knowledge in system management
  • Understanding of configuration
  • Knowledge in testing
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
