Can you sell with care?

Are you passionate about sales? Do you have an interest in food and want to contribute to an inspiring shopping experience that makes our customers happy? We are now looking for two store salespeople for temporary positions at our store in Årsta who want to work 28.69 hours per week (75%) with varying working hours according to a schedule.

Restaurants, cafés, food trucks, companies, and associations are some of the customers who shop at our stores. Our opening hours are between 6 AM - 8 PM on weekdays and 8 AM - 6 PM on weekends. Our assortment is broad and includes everything from kitchen appliances to fresh produce, such as fruits and vegetables. Many of our customers shop with us because they find our employees knowledgeable and helpful, and we want to inspire our customers even more in the future! Therefore, it is important to us that you enjoy sales and meeting customers. Your personal commitment to our customers is shown by going the extra mile for them, understanding their business and daily life, and guiding them to good purchases.

• Cash handling – provide our customers with a professional and pleasant service.
• Stocking and replenishment – ensure that the store is always well-stocked, clean, and inspiring.
• Customer service – meet our customers with engagement, knowledge, and a smile, and always represent Martin & Servera in the best way.

To succeed in the role, we believe that you:

• Have an interest in food, service, and sales.

• Have experience from a grocery store (meritorious).
• Have experience in product display in stores and enjoy creating inspiring and sales-oriented store environments (meritorious).
• Have a forklift license (meritorious).
• Have cash handling experience (meritorious).
