Länsförsäkringar Alarm Center was established by Länsförsäkringar in the spring of 2008 as a natural step in an already established security concept. With modern alarm services, we create a good and secure protection against burglary and fire.

Your Role

Are you a student looking for a summer job that can continue as a part-time job during your studies? Do you want a meaningful role where you make a difference for customers? As an Alarm Operator at Länsförsäkringar Alarm Center, you will handle incoming alarms from private and corporate customers and work with claims response for all Länsförsäkringar customers. You will assess alarms, such as fire, burglary, and operational alarms, and ensure that the right assistance is deployed.

You will work with both incoming and outgoing calls, follow up on previous cases, and provide first-line support regarding our products and services. The customer is always at the center, and the goal is to create safe and satisfied customers who feel engaged with Länsförsäkringar's products.

Practical Information

• Consultant via Clevry: The work takes place at Älvsborg's Alarm Center.
• Start: As soon as possible, full-time week 26–32. A two-week introductory training will begin upon employment (no later than week 23).
• Office: Borås.
• Scope/Working Hours: Full-time during the summer - working hours may vary between 06:00 and 19:00 with different start and end times. Regular shifts during the fall are every other weekend during the day from 06:00 to 18:00.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to customers and escalate cases when they cannot be resolved immediately.
• Document customer cases and agreements in system support.
• Follow governing documents, processes, and work instructions.
• Utilize information from internal meetings, intranet, and other channels.
• Check installers' work during installation.
• Act as an advisor when colleagues or other functions need support.
• Participate in project work at the departmental and corporate level.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is available for full-time work during the summer and every other weekend during the fall of 2026.
• Wants to provide customers with world-class security and always strives to exceed their expectations.
• Preferably has experience in customer service via phone; experience from security companies or insurance companies is a merit.
• Has good IT skills and can express themselves well in both spoken and written communication.
• Has a clean record in the police register (requirement for work in security companies).

As a person, you are:

• Proactive, responsible, and communicative.
• Good at interpreting both written and spoken information and making decisions that create security for customers.
• Flexible, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and can take initiative during shifts.
• Fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
