Familjeläkarna is now looking for a district nurse/licensed nurse for its established home healthcare in Saltsjöbaden! We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, is secure in their professional role, and has the ability to collaborate and cooperate. You are a district nurse or a licensed nurse.

Job description:

Regular duties as a nurse/district nurse in basic home healthcare. The position involves planning and leading the medical care for your patient group. You do this in a team with your colleagues in the home healthcare team, which consists of nursing assistants, nurses, and doctors. You also coordinate team efforts for doctors, rehabilitation, dietitian, and mental health interventions.

You have a strong commitment to patient safety and see it as your obvious responsibility to contribute to a positive work climate with the ambition to help us deliver high-quality care. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and good communication.

You need to hold a B driver's license.

Flexibility regarding working hours and the possibility of full/part-time work is offered. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
