About the Job

We are now looking for a nurse who is interested in working night shifts for our dedicated team in the southwest.

You will belong to the southwest area and work from modern premises at FO Petersons gata 9 in Högsbo.

As a Night Nurse

As a night nurse, you will work independently but in close collaboration with a colleague as you drive together to visit your patients in pairs. You will be responsible for planned and urgent health and medical care interventions for patients in regular housing, in our care and support homes, and in residences within functional support. As a nurse, you will carry out health and medical care interventions based on doctors' orders or your own assessments. The work also includes contacts with relatives, on-call doctors, and others. We have a close collaboration with the security service and care staff, whom you will also supervise and delegate tasks to.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has a genuine interest in working with the target group. You have at least two years of experience as a nurse, and we prefer that you have worked in home healthcare or similar roles. Experience in advanced care is an advantage. A valid driver's license is required for the position as you will drive to your patients.

You show respect, care, and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. You start from everyone's equal value and create a good atmosphere in interactions. You act independently based on what the situation requires and have the ability to make independent decisions within the framework of your assignment. You take your responsibilities seriously, are committed to completing what you start, and ensure that the work is done correctly.
